Cast & Crew

Firebreaker stars David Henrie, celebrated for his role in Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place, as “George,” and Elizabeth Tabish, who gained acclaim playing Mary Magdalene in the monumental series The Chosen, as “Princess Aia.” Henrie and Tabish lead a seasoned cast including John Horton, James Majewski, Bill Parry, and Jessica Cusato.

Firebreaker is written by the father and son team of Jim and Dominic Morlino (The War the Vendee, St. Bernadette of Lourdes) in collaboration with showrunner Gary Gasse (Coronation), and producer Bill Phillips (Coronation).

Score & Sound

The series will feature an original score by renowned composer Kevin Kaska, known for his work on over 100 motion pictures including The Orville, Missing Link, Pete’s Dragon, and Interstellar. The performance of the score is an international collaboration with Budapest Scoring, featuring a live performance with hand-picked instrumentation.

Why This Matters

We built Firebreaker to be an immersive world that takes a faithful, yet creative, approach to the spirit of the historical St. George. By filling in the gaps, expanding on themes, and adding action and drama to the classic tale, we crafted Firebreaker to be one of a kind. We want our kids to know that dragons are real, but that with grace, they can be slain. Just like George and Princess Aia, when they encounter challenges, struggles and evil in this world they don’t need to back down. Because even in the face of Dragons, they’re never alone.
